- During trade fairs and the Munich Octoberfest are all prices upon request. The minimum stay is 3 days.
- Please show understanding that bookings of 2 nights, can only be agreed on short term.
Payment options:
- 30% prepayment of the full price at booking
- 70% rest payment of the full price at key delivery
- Reservation guaranteed after prepayment was made !!
- There is a 400 EUR security deposit cash or check, which needs to be payed upon key delivery. A receipt will be issued and the security deposit will be refunded at arrival/departure day. A receipt will be issued and the security deposit will be refunded at departure day.
- All prices inclusive 7% sales tax.
Terms of cancellation:
- Cancellation until 14 days upon arrival free of charge
- Cancellation until 13 - 7 days upon arrival 20% processing free
- Cancellation 6-3 days upon arrival 50% processing free
- Cancellation 2 days upon arrival 100% of the full price for the accommodation.
Arrival upon agreement, at 14:00 o'clock at the earliest.
Departure until 10:00 o'clock or upon agreement.
Later check out is possible, depending on the changes of the following lodgers.
